Stress Managing.

Hi Blogger and guys!! Firstly before I start today's post I would like to apologize first for not posting like for so long. (Well, Blogger was not accessible in China though. LOL :p)

Stress Management.

So today I am talking about Stress Management with youu guys I know it's like so weird a kid talking about Stress Management.(lol anyway. :D) Well, me myself is a student yar and I am facing stress too... So, I just want to share with you guys what I have like find ot on Stress on some Websites you see.

Stress is a normal psychological and physical reaction to the ever increasing demands of life. Surveys show that most Americans experience challenges with stress at some point during the year. In looking at the causes of stress, remember that your brain comes hard-wired with an alarm system for your protection. When your brain perceives a threat, it signals your body to release a burst of hormones to fuel your capacity for a response. This has been labeled the "fight-or-flight" response. Once the threat is gone, your body is meant to return to a normal relaxed state. Unfortunately, the nonstop stress of modern life means that your alarm system rarely shuts off.

Stress management starts with identifying the sources of stress in your life. This isn’t as easy as it sounds. Your true sources of stress aren’t always obvious, and it’s all too easy to overlook your own stress-inducing thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Sure, you may know that you’re constantly worried about work deadlines. But maybe it’s your procrastination, rather than the actual job demands, that leads to deadline stress.
To identify your true sources of stress, look closely at your habits, attitude, and excuses:
  • Do you explain away stress as temporary (“I just have a million things going on right now”) even though you can’t remember the last time you took a breather?
  • Do you define stress as an integral part of your work or home life (“Things are always crazy around here”) or as a part of your personality (“I have a lot of nervous energy, that’s all”).
  • Do you blame your stress on other people or outside events, or view it as entirely normal and unexceptional?
Until you accept responsibility for the role you play in creating or maintaining it, your stress level will remain outside your control.

Here are some suggestion that I use to manage my own stress, hope it will actually work for you guys too :
-You can listen to music. Not K-pop please that will only make you over-excited just like red bull Lol :) Oh but you can listen to pop when you are running that wil help you run fast :) But for managing stress erm... Peaceful music is nice. "Peaceful Blue" is one of them too. Do youtube that song It's really relaxing :)

-Give yourself Breaks. I mean especially student and office workers, we write alot and some of the adults are always facing the computer too which is not good. So give yourself appropriate breaks and yar... Maybe 10 mins I guess :) Well you can stretch and maybe walk around or something just to get yourself refreshed.

So here are two ways to manage stress and help you to relaxWell and don't get so tensed up and suicide is not the way to face stress. I have seen things like that especialy students some of them just got too stressed by their examinations and school that some of them decided to end their life... It is actually very sad. But stress is something good too Too less otr too much of stress is not good too. So yup I hope thing post was helpful :)
